The hotel - Mangrove Oriental Resort (4 nights)

As we took a private boat it was a long and exhausting way to our hotel the Mangrove Oriental Resort which is located a bit remote and has its own beach. Very silent and nice for relaxing but tiring when carrying all the luggage. Therefore the best way to have a smooth trip is to arrange the transfer via your hotel - in our case we did it for our return. It was easy and cheaper though.

Great hotel with very friendly personnel, delicious breakfast (you have to try their pancakes) and a remote beach where you can enjoy an amazing sunset every day. You can reach the Bounty Beach with all the restaurants in about 10 Minutes. Grab some snacks or drinks at the small local shops and enjoy the simple life and friendly people around the hotels. However, during tide swimming at the private beach is nearly impossible and there are lots of sea urchins - so if you want to enjoy the great variety of fish you can hire a boat for snorkeling and diving or do an island hopping tour to the amazing Calangaman Island, definitely a must-see!
